Yes, we ship internationally! For orders within the Netherlands we work with DHL, and for Belgium with Bpost. International shipping is done with reliable shipping partners, depending on the destination.
Shylo Amsterdam Return Policy
At Shylo Amsterdam we strive to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you do want to return, we have made the return process as easy as possible with DHL.
Return conditions:

Return period: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition including tags and packaging.

Excluded Items: Personalised and sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
Return process via DHL:

Return requests: Send an email to info@shylo.nl with your order number and the reason for return.

Receive return label: After approval of your return, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL return label. Print the label.

Packaging: Please carefully pack the items in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

Shipping: Stick the DHL return label on the package and take it to the nearest DHL point. Make sure to keep the proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Within the Netherlands: Returns are free within the Netherlands.

International Returns: International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made in the order.
