Return conditions:
- Return period: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition including tags and packaging.
- Excluded Items: Personalised and sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
Return process via DHL:
- Return requests: Send an email to info@shylo.nl with your order number and the reason for return.
- Receive return label: After approval of your return, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL return label. Print the label.
- Packaging: Please carefully pack the items in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
- Shipping: Stick the DHL return label on the package and take it to the nearest DHL point. Make sure to keep the proof of postage until your return has been processed.
- Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
Costs:
- Within the Netherlands: Returns are free within the Netherlands.
- International Returns: International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made in the order.
