Returns Policy – Shylo Amsterdam

At Shylo Amsterdam, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If that’s not the case, you can easily return your items via DHL.


Return conditions

  • Return period: 14 days after receiving your order
  • Item condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Exclusions: Personalized items and sale items cannot be returned, unless defective or incorrectly delivered

How to return (via DHL)

  • Request return: Email 📧 info@shylo.nl with your order number and reason for return
  • Receive label: Once approved, you will receive a DHL return label by email
  • Pack items: Carefully pack items in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Ship: Drop off your parcel at a DHL point and keep your receipt
  • Refund: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 working days via your original payment method

Costs

  • Netherlands & Belgium: €4.95 return fee (deducted from refund)
  • International: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Defective or wrong item: free return (must be reported the same day with photos to 📧 info@shylo.nl)
